Notavo is an educational platform intended for use by K-12 school districts, teachers, students, and parents. District and School administrators are responsible for provisioning compliant access to their stakeholders.
All platform-generated curriculum layouts, Socratic prompts, and AI Music Studio generation engines remain the intellectual property of Notavo. However, all educational artifacts (songs, learning trails, IEP reports) produced on behalf of a district belong to that district.
In our real-time Classroom Battles and Socratic Tutor flows, students must maintain a respectful, learning-first mindset. Teachers and districts maintain the power to revoke or suspend accounts violating district behavioral norms.
Our IEP Special-Ed Copilot is an assistive tool for credentialed special education professionals. It does not replace the legal imperative or medical judgment of certified staff.
